UMA Foundation actively promotes menstrual hygiene awareness, empowering women with essential knowledge about their bodies and overall well-being. Through this initiative, we educate women and adolescent girls about the proper use of sanitary napkins and the importance of cleanliness during menstruation. • Jhulelal Vatika, Daliganj, Lucknow
